South Mason Fire & Rescue is committed to providing the public with access to information in accordance with Washington State public records laws. To submit a public records request, please complete the request form and send it to admin@smfr4.org.  To view Commissioner Meeting documents (minutes, agendas and resolutions) please see the bottom of the Commissioner section on the website.

South Mason Fire & Rescue is dedicated to protecting confidential and sensitive information, including protected medical records. Individuals requesting medical records or incident call logs may be required to verify their identity before records can be released.
